NCFit


NCFit is a workout program for anyone. At Palm Harbor Strength & Conditioning we incorporate full body movements. Full body movements workout more muscles in less time. This makes NCFit the perfect program for someone who wants to get the most out of their workout time.


  • Monday – Thursday: 5am – 6am – 7am – 8am – 9am open gym – 10am – 11am – 4:30pm – 5:30p -7pm
  • Friday: 5am – 6am – 7am – 8am – 9am open gym – 10am – 11am – 4:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 9:30am

Personal TRaining

We offer Personal Training to help you reach any of your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to change the way you look or improve performance for an event or sport we can tailor a specific workout routine to reach your goals.

We have classes Monday-Friday at 5/6/7/8/10/11am/4:30/530/7pm except no 7pm on Fridays. 

Saturday classes are at 8:30 and 9:30 and the we have a special Faith RXd class the third Sat of every month at 10:30.
