What will my first time be like in your gym?
For your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our friendly coaches will guide you during the workout session and show you the various equipment. During your session, the coach will scale the workout to meet your fitness level.
Is your gym more expensive than other gyms?
We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. Our gym is a specialized gym with a specific professional program called NCFIT. We have professional coaches there to guide you and motivate you through your class. We offer a community of members that will become your family. You will walk in and not have to think about what you are going to do that day, we have that all done for you. All you have to do is show up and put in the work.
what's your drop-in policy?
We love nothing more than having visitors and out of town guest from other gyms!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day or offer a week-long punch pass for $60.
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our gym. Please call us if you are interested in a drop in.
Is NCFit for me?
The very first thing you will discover is that NCFIT does not discriminate. This program is for everyone!! Whether you are new to fitness or you have been working out for years, we offer all the appropriate scales and options for you. We can help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
Can I workout with an injury?
We always recommend clearance from your Doctor before jumping into a workout routine if you have an injury. While rest may be essential to your injury healing, but that doesn’t mean you have to sit around and do nothing! There are many great options to remain active and our workouts can be modified to accommodate an injury that is healing. With the help of our professionals, we can help you maintain strength and conditioning until you are ready to get back into full action. We also offer a nutrition program that focuses on anti-inflammatory foods that can help speed your recovery.
Our companion businesses, located in the same building, also offer an array of services to help you recover from your injury faster. From massage therapy to physical therapy and stretching sessions, our team of professionals can help guide you with additional information.
